ORDERS & SHIPPING

When will my order ship?
All orders are processed within 2–4 business days after receiving your order confirmation email. You’ll get a shipping confirmation and tracking number once it’s on the way.

Which carrier do you use?
We primarily ship via USPS for all Puerto Rico and U.S. orders. International orders may be shipped through DHL or UPS.

Do you ship internationally?
Yes! We offer international shipping to most countries. Delivery times vary between 7–14 business days, depending on location.

How much does shipping cost?
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and the weight of your order. We also have a flat rate fee of $5. 


RETURNS & EXCHANGES

What is your return policy?
We accept returns for store credit or exchange within 14 days of delivery. Returned items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags attached.

Is there a fee for returns?
Yes. A $6 flat-rate return shipping fee and a 10% restocking fee will be deducted from your store credit once your return is processed.

Can I exchange an item?
Yes — you can exchange an item for a different size or color if it’s available. If not, we’ll issue store credit for the amount of your original purchase.

What items are final sale?
Earrings, headwear, and sale items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

How do I start a return?
Email support@eledepr.com with your order number and reason for return. Once approved, we’ll send you a prepaid return label and instructions.


PRODUCTS & SIZING

How do I know what size to order?
Each product includes a sizing reference in the description. If you’re between sizes, we recommend sizing up for a more relaxed feel.

Are your products unisex?
Yes — most ELEDÉ styles are designed with a unisex fit that’s flattering and comfortable for everyone.

Will you restock sold-out items?
Some collections are limited edition and won’t restock, while core items may return seasonally. Follow us on Instagram @elede.pr or subscribe to our newsletter for restock updates.


PAYMENTS & GIFT CARDS

What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards, PayPal, Apple Pay, and Shop Pay.

Do you offer gift cards?
Yes — ELEDÉ digital gift cards are available online and delivered via email.
