ELEDÉ Return & Exchange Policy
Eligibility for Returns
We hope you love your ELEDÉ purchase. However, if you’re not completely satisfied, we accept returns for store credit or exchange within 14 days of delivery.
To be eligible for a return:

The item must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in its original packaging.

Tags must still be attached.

Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required.
We reserve the right to deny returns that do not meet these conditions.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged:

Headwear

Sale or discounted items

Gift cards
How to Start a Return
A $6 flat-rate return shipping fee and a 10% restocking fee will be deducted from your store credit total once your return is processed.
If your item arrived damaged or incorrect, these fees will be waived.
To initiate a return, email support@eledepr.com with your order number and reason for return.
Once approved, we’ll provide you with a prepaid return label and return instructions.
Exchanges
We currently offer exchanges for the same item in a different size or color, subject to availability.
If your requested item is out of stock, you will receive store credit for the original purchase amount.
Refunds
At this time, ELEDÉ issues store credit only for returns (no cash refunds).
Store credit is sent via email in the form of a digital gift card once your return is processed.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@elede.com with photos of the issue. We will promptly replace the item or issue store credit.
Local Purchases & Pop-Ups
Items purchased at pop-ups or markets follow the same 14-day return window and are eligible for exchange or store credit only.
