Orders are processed within 2–4 business days and shipped primarily via USPS for U.S. and Puerto Rico orders.
International shipping is available through DHL or UPS.

6. Returns & Exchanges
ELEDÉ accepts returns for store credit or exchange within 14 days of delivery.
A $6 flat-rate return shipping fee and a 10% restocking fee apply.
